I was born in Alessandria in 1957. After completing my university studies in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature and spending time abroad to perfect my English and German, I worked as an Executive Assistant in the private sector from 1979 to 2016.
In 2008, following the onset of a health issue, I began a journey to discover its emotional roots (studying Dr. Hamer’s biological laws, Metamedicine, Reiki, Yoga, meditation techniques, and psychosomatics). In October 2023, I was initiated into Shutaido® by instructor Marina Cabella. I began my training at the Shutaido® Academy in 2025 under Dr. Rosalia Ajola and Master Philippe Apruzzese, becoming an instructor in July 2026.
My aim is to offer a welcoming presence, attentive listening, and guidance to those who—with trust, determination, and perseverance—commit to a journey of self-discovery and the realization of their full potential, focused on achieving physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
