I live in San Benedetto del Tronto, where I work in the wellness sector as a reflexologist, holistic massage therapist, and Gyrotonic trainer.
I guide people in rediscovering the natural balance between body, mind, and spirit by heightening their awareness of the messages the body sends us.
Following a long, introspective journey of personal and spiritual growth—and thanks to meeting Rosalia Ajola and Philippe Apruzzese—I was initiated into Shutaido. This practice has played a significant role in my evolution as a human and spiritual being, helping me understand who I truly am and what my life’s mission is. I became an instructor in September 2026.
My purpose now is to share the teachings and practices I have acquired with anyone wishing to rediscover their true Essence by reconnecting with their heart, so they may live an authentic life filled with joy, fulfillment, and the freedom to be themselves.
