Shutaïdo© Instructor since 2026. I was born and live in the Langhe region—specifically in Barolo, Piedmont. I hold a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and work in the field of communications. My curiosity, along with my focus on relational dynamics and the search for new tools for personal growth, led me to refine my life path. Subsequently, through courses in yoga, qigong, tai chi, and meditation, I experienced rapid personal evolution and discovered Shutaïdo© in 2020 after meeting Mariaelena De Zordi, Dr. Rosalia Ajola, and Philippe Apruzzese—the founder of the discipline and the Shutaïdo© Academy. These encounters marked a pivotal moment in my journey and training.
In July 2026, I was certified as a Shutaïdo© Instructor. My aim is to support people’s growth and evolution through Shutaïdo© movements, creating a space for listening and the freedom to simply be—a space where everyone can connect with themselves, find balance, and recognize their own inner beauty with joy and awareness.
I facilitate sessions, seminars, guided meditations, and vibrational treatments, enabling everyone to benefit from Shutaïdo© energy and rediscover their true essence.
